From a Kit Order to Vials Only: Comparing Your Next Order
A previous starter kit order and a new vial-only order can share the same substance name while containing different items. Reordering by a familiar phrase or photograph can miss those differences.
A previous starter kit order and a new vial-only order can share the same substance name while containing different items. Reordering by a familiar phrase or photograph can miss those differences. Compare the earlier confirmation with the exact new listing before assuming that the contents are unchanged.
This is a comparison of orders, not a recommendation to progress from one product to another. The Melanotan 2 overview sets out the different catalogue sections.
Start with the previous order record
Keep the earlier product name, pack quantity and confirmation together. Establish whether the quantity on that order meant individual vials, whole kits or several units of the selected product. A basket quantity of two may have meant two bundles rather than two vials.
Use the old record to identify what was ordered at that time. It does not establish what remains available now, the condition of any retained items, or the specification of a newly listed product.
List what changes in the new order
M2UK’s standalone vial listings state that water is not included. A starter kit and a vial-only pack therefore should not be compared as if their accessory contents were the same. The kit and standalone vial contents comparison sets out that distinction.
| Question | Record for each order |
|---|---|
| What was selected? | Exact product name or reference |
| What does one unit contain? | Listed vials and other included items |
| How many units? | Basket quantity, separate from pack quantity |
| What changes? | Items added, excluded or counted differently |
The purpose of this record is to make exclusions visible. It is not an instruction to reuse items from an earlier order or an assessment of their condition.
Read the new vial quantity in full
Check the vial count and the amount stated for the pack separately. A multi-vial pack total should not be read as the amount in one vial. Compare the written name and description in the current standalone vial catalogue rather than using the largest number in the title alone.
The price attached to the new pack also belongs to that order unit. A different upfront price does not establish a saving unless the quantities and included items are compared on the same basis.
Resolve gaps before treating the order as equivalent
If a needed ordering detail is unclear, keep the old and new product references and identify the exact difference. This makes it possible to ask about an exclusion or a quantity without assuming that a seller has changed the specification.
If you are checking an order already received, use the missing-item and reorder record guide to distinguish an item that was excluded from the listing from an item that was listed but appears absent. Those are different questions and should be recorded separately.
