Tanning Injection Bronze Duration Claims

“Lasting bronze” is a time-based claim. It cannot be checked from one after-photo or a testimonial that omits the starting colour and later UV exposure.

Define the endpoint

A credible comparison would record colour at baseline and at stated intervals using a consistent method. Sun exposure, self-tan products and lighting are confounders if they are not recorded.

Do not confuse continued exposure with duration

Colour may change again with new UV exposure. That does not demonstrate that an earlier product effect persisted unchanged. The NHS cautions that a tan is no protection from sun damage.

Marketed products remain a separate concern
